Symbian Belle for N8

Are you bored using Symbian Anna  Or still using the old Symbian ^3?  Switch to Symbian Belle Non hack version in easy steps…

(Note:  Try only if you have warranty to avoid any death conditions. )

           Here is how…

(Tip: Take a Backup of all that you want because you will not have your old files. )

1)      Download Nokia Phoenix from here

2)      You need Symbian Anna files download them from here

3)    Now download Symbian Belle files form here

4)    Install Phoenix software (Install only in c drive)

5)    Now extract the Symbian Anna files to C:/Program Files/Nokia/Phoenix/Products/RM-596 ( It contains 6 files Including txt files)

6)     Extract Belle Files to Desktop  folder (it contains 4 files)

7)    Power Off Your phone and connect it with USB to the computer

 8)   Start Phoenix Software

  9)  Go to File – click Open Product – Scroll Down to RM-596 and press OK

10)  On the main Phoenix Screen at the top left corner is a drop down menu click on it and choose No Connection ( very important) - do not choose USB1 or your Phone specs

11) Go to Flashing – Choose Firmware Update – In Product Code option click the small box on right and another menu will open with Chinese Grey and product code of phone mentioned , make sure auto detection is off and choose the Chinese Grey product Code

12) Select “ Dead Phone USB Flashing” in Firmware Update main screen. VERY IMPORTANT

13) Click Options menu in the bottom and click Edit and you will be presented with 6 files ( These are Anna Files ).

14) Delete RM596_APE_ONLY_ENO_11w15_v0.148.fpsx and RM-596_M025.44.emmc.fpsx by selecting them and pressing delete .

15) Now you have 4 files left , Choose the RM-596_022.014_79.92_prd.core.fpsx file and click the square box at the end and Windows Explorer will open direct it to Symbian Belle folder and click on the RM-596_111.010.0606_79u_prd.core.fpsx file . Repeat the same process with RM-596_022.014_28.01_Chinese_PRC_79.92_prd.rofs2.fpsx , RM-596_022.014_C01.01_PRC_79.92_prd.rofs3.fpsx and RM-596_022.014_U02.01_79.92.uda.fpsx.

16)  Click OK when all 4 files are changed and select Refurbish

17)  You will see some firmware processing on the right hand column for a about a minute and than Phoenix will instruct you to disconnect the USB and press Power Button for 8 seconds and reconnect the USB.

18) Here follow my instructions , Disconnect the USB ( make sure your phone is off) press the Power Button on the top till it vibrate once and then vibrate again twice*** and than reconnect the USB (Wait till it vibates twices dont reconnect when it vibrates once or you will get errors)

19)  Let Phoneix update your firmware which will take a minute or so , let your phone reboot and Symbian Belle is at your service.

20) Dail *#0000# and see your Version !!!
